I WILL BE IN ITALY ONE MONTH FROM TODAY.
Whoa. Does that freak anyone else out? Because it definitely freaks me out. While I am terribly excited (like, about-to-squeal excited), I also have so much to do, starting with getting familiar with this blogging shenanigans, which is what I am doing now. Also, I have to:
1. Decide what I am going to bring and practice packing. Good grief, that's going to be a disaster.
2. Stop spending money so that I have some spenderoonies in my bank account for the semester. There is much shopping, traveling, eating, and just spending in general to be done in Italy.
3. Make hotel reservations in Chicago (which is 6 hours away from Charlevoix) for the night before my 7:20 am flight. Ew. So early.
4. Sharpen my ebbing Italian language skills.
5. Help my mom learn how to use skype.
6. STAY EXCITED!!!!
So I'll work on those things. In the meantime, I will enjoy the glorious sunshine and beauty of northern Michigan and hang out with the fam. I'll write again soon when I have something exciting/interesting/funny/important/worthwhile/clever/wise/etc to say. Have a super fab day everyone! :)
